• Flight bookings handled by their team

• Only “ticket hold” screenshots were shown
• Repeated promises: “Ho raha hai”, “Abhi ho jayega”

As of today:

• No flight booking confirmed
• No airport booking confirmed
• No hotel booking confirmed
• No refund received

Only continuous assurances and delay.
